Returns & Warranty

You may return an item for any reason within 30 days. A restocking fee of 20% will apply. Programming fees are non refundable. All returns must come with a RMA.

All used parts come with a 30 day warranty.

The warranty does not cover any labor costs associated with the installation or removal of parts, nor does it include any key or locksmith fees. The Buyer will not be reimbursed for these expenses. By purchasing, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) sold. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any damage or injury arising from the use of any item(s) sold by any entity operated by Module Outlet. The Buyer hereby releases the Seller from any and all liability, both now and in the future.

Items must be returned in original condition. Warranty is void if item has been tampered with, shows signs of physical damage, water damage, or if security seal has been removed or broken.
